Since 2002, the Dr Clown Foundation has been spreading joy to vulnerable people and their loved ones. Over the years, we’ve had many opportunities to raise awareness of the therapeutic clown profession. On these various occasions, we have been able to demonstrate that the values and relational approach advocated by our artists are, above all, human values.Â
Drawing on the wealth of their experience, training, encounters and backgrounds, our artists have devised a series of conferences designed to bring the tools and resources of therapeutic clowning to as many people as possible.

Therapeutic clowns are able to create relationships that provide joy and hope to those they meet, even when they are going through stressful and vulnerable moments. Underneath the lighthearted surface, what are the ingredients of this success? What is their know-how?
